Payroll Management

Process payroll in minutes with accurate salary calculations.

Setting Up Salary Structures

Salary structures define how an employee's CTC is broken down. Steps:

  1. Go to Payroll → Salary Structures
  2. Create a new structure (e.g., "Standard Structure")
  3. Add components: Basic, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, etc.
  4. Set each component as fixed amount or % of basic
  5. Add deductions: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS
  6. Assign the structure to employees

Running Payroll

Process monthly payroll with a few clicks:

1.

Go to Payroll → Run Payroll

2.

Select the payroll period (month and year)

3.

Review the calculated amounts for all employees

4.

Make any manual adjustments if needed

5.

Confirm and process — payslips are generated automatically

6.

Employees receive notifications and can download their payslips

Salary Revisions

Track and manage salary changes over time:

  • • Go to Payroll → Salary Revisions
  • • Add a new revision with effective date and new salary
  • • System maintains complete revision history
  • • Payroll automatically uses the latest revision
  • • Useful for appraisals, promotions, and adjustments
