Yes. We support bulk employee import via Excel (.xlsx) template. Download the template from Employees → Import, fill in the data, and upload it. All records will be created instantly.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, and role-based access control. Our infrastructure runs on AWS with SOC 2 compliance.
Yes. You can invite multiple admin users with different permission levels. The role-based access control system lets you define exactly what each admin can see and do.
Yes. The branch management feature allows you to add unlimited office locations. Employees are assigned to branches, and you can filter reports by branch.
You define salary structures with components (Basic, HRA, Allowances) and deductions (PF, ESI, TDS). When you run payroll, the system calculates net pay for each employee based on their assigned structure and any manual adjustments.
Yes. The employee self-service portal lets employees view their attendance history, leave balances, payslips, and profile. They can also apply for leaves and submit regularization requests.
You can export all your data before cancellation. After account termination, your data is securely deleted within 90 days. We never hold your data hostage.
API access is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. The REST API allows integration with your existing tools like ERP systems, access control devices, or custom applications.
